Obama's address (as prepared) to the joint session of the Congress, Tuesday, February 24.

Two interesting aspects I would like to mention:

One is the promise that:

"by 2020, America will once again have the highest proportion of college graduates in the world"

by encouraging permanent education.

Another one is the soon announcement of

"a way forward in Iraq that leaves Iraq to its people and responsibly ends this war"
