Those risks appear when in fact the MPs are turning themselves in journalists, at least when it is about the readiness to share as soon as possible information to "readers". The rules, written or unwritten agreements, or any kind of procedures are irrelevant. But reaching the information could be a matter of chance or will compulse you to be "on-line" as much as possible.
