One of the first decisions to be taken by the new US president, after January 20, will to start the process of closing Guantanamo. Today, Hillary R. Clinton appears before the Senate, in the hearings for the position of top US Diplomat.
UPDATE: Hilary Clinton promised to renew the US leadership. But, of course, starting from a current situation and trying to manage projects already started, as the situation in Afghanistan. US are having already a leadership position and the State Department is already working on various diplomatic fronts, through its diplomats all over the world.
